Recently, the high-precision straight tooth drive developed and tested by Corson Machinery has been tested by the market for its stable and reliable performance.
The internal rotary bearing and supporting gear of the straight tooth drive are made of high-quality 42CrMo forgings, which have been modulated by 229-269HB (Q+T) treatment. The comprehensive mechanical performance has been greatly improved, ensuring strong support for customer equipment and good operation of the equipment. The teeth are all subjected to induction quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of 50HRC and a soft interior. The quenching of the tooth surface improves the single tooth bearing capacity and wear resistance of the teeth, while the softness of the center ensures the toughness of the teeth under impact loads. The sturdy, durable, and impact resistant teeth of the slewing support and gear are the prerequisites for ensuring the reliable operation and long service life of the gear type slewing drive.
During the use of spur gear drive, customers may experience vibration. To avoid loosening of connecting bolts, Coresun applies thread locking adhesive to each connecting bolt to ensure reliable operation of the gear type rotary reducer. All connecting bolts of the straight tooth drive are made of 10.9 grade high-strength galvanized bolts, which can ensure the connection strength and effectively avoid equipment damage caused by bolt corrosion after long-term use.
